The Board for
CENTRAL DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT
Invites interested Citizens living in
the District (Farmington, Fruit Heights, and Kaysville) to attend
a public hearing on the District’s Budget.
The Board is proposing a user fee increase of up to $5.00 per
month, effective July 1, 2025, with an additional $3.00 per
month increase each year for the following three years. The
amount of each annual increase will be reviewed and
assessed each year.
The proposed increase is required for:
• Increased chemical costs to meet State mandated
regulations.
• Increased cost for biosolids disposal due to property loss
caused by West Davis Corridor.
• Increased cost of Renewal and Replacement of aging
infrastructure.
• Ongoing operations and maintenance.
• Financial stability and capital improvement
• Minimizing future bonding needs and associated costs
