The Board for CENTRAL DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT
Invites interested Citizens living in the District (Farmington, Fruit Heights and Kaysville) to attend a public hearing on the District’s Budget.
The Board is proposing a $10.00
per month user fee increase effective July 1, 2024 with up to $3 a year
increase for the next four years. The amounts of any such increase will be
evaluated each year.
The proposed increase is required for:
- Increased
chemical costs to meet State mandated regulations. - Increased cost
for biosolids disposal due to property loss caused by West Davis Corridor - Increased cost of
Renewal and Replacement of aging infrastructure - Ongoing operations
and maintenance - Financial
stability and capital improvement - Minimizing future
bonding needs and associated costs
The Hearing will be at the District’s Office located at
2200 So. Sunset Drive Kaysville, Utah 84037
The Hearing will be on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
